I’m very thrilled to say that I’ve found a really lovely home for my new book, a whodunnit – it’s being brought out later this year by Crooked Cat Books.ย They’re a great independent publishers who specialise in crime fiction. Have a look at their website to see the sort of things they do.
My novel is firmly on the cosy side of crime – no entrails, but a lot of investigation and plenty of fun and games with the residents of that most blessed of south London suburbs, Dulwich. I’m hoping that you will love my single mum detective as much as I do. She’s an amateur on a mission, and you’ll also meet her son, friends (and frenemies) and the busy staff of the prestigious school where she is working. I’m not going to say any more – we’ll all just have to wait for publication day.
In the meantime, I’m about to start work on the sequel. Exciting times ๐
I can’t wait. Will share with my local friends as well. Death in Dulwich – brilliant title.
Thank you!!! I’m hoping there won’t be too many ruffled feathers – it’s all about skulduggery in THOSE Dulwich schools ๐
Congratulations. Will look out for it. If it’s as successful as Death in Venice, you’ll be famous!
Here’s hoping! The watery-looking cover features a bridge over the pond in Dulwich Park though, not some gorgeous Venetian canal alas ๐
Sounds great. When does it come out?
Hi Antonia, it should be out in September ๐
