MPT, the sticky notes are a great idea, I might try that, though I shall be in for a lot of teenage scorn ….I'm trying to get in the habit of having a quick burst of gratitude when I wake up though it is v, v, v, tricky …..

Chic Mama, the botox effect was intriguing, has sort of put me off the whole thing as face was very stiff, also saw an ad with Felicity Kendal before going on hols which was terrifying ….mind you, never say never …

Welcome home, DD. Good luck with the Positive Thinking thing. It (and the 'counting-your-blessings' approach) really does help, if you can remember to actually DO it every day!?! I have ridiculous little sticky post-it notes all over the place, reminding me to "Be Happy!" etc. otherwise I tend to forget….
