I’m a bit nervous about Cybermummy 11 tomorrow. To be honest, if lovely Tesco Real Food hadn’t sponsored me, I would probably think of a million reasons not to turn up. These would range from taking Child One to her Duke of Edinburgh volunteering, which she insists on calling her ‘community service’, to getting a new pair of shorts for Child Two because, ‘for goodness’ sake Mum, I’ve only got four pairs!’ We’d have a fun day but, at the back of my mind, I’d know I was really missing out.
I’m not a big-crowds-of-people kind of person. I’m not even really a meeting-lots-of-new-people kind of person. I find it all a bit daunting. I prefer to stay safely hidden behind my computer screen. But, at the same time, I know that when I do venture out with other bloggers, I always have a great time. Sometimes it’s good to be out of your comfort zone. Forย a while. So I’ll be there tomorrow. Say hello if you feel nervous too!
I know just how you’re feeling! I’ll be first in line to say hello ๐
Thank you MYM, it will be lovely to meet you – and we can make a bolt for it – no, no, I don’t mean that ๐
You’ll be fine . Have a great time.
Thanks, Addy, I did ๐
I’m not going but really wish I was. Everyone sounds really friendly though, I’m sure you will have a blast! look forward to an update ๐
Hi MiM, well, I survived to tell the tale – it was a good day with a lot of cupcakes thrown in ๐
